Where do you even start to build up your self esteem? I always encourage people to start a journal and this is one of the best topics to take some time to ponder and write out. Here are some questions to think about:
- What makes you – you? Think of what defines you and makes you different from everyone else around.
- What do you do? Whether or not you’re particularly good at it, what do you enjoy doing? What are your hobbies, and what are your skills?
- What do others like about you? Think about how the people closest to you would describe the person you are, what they appreciate about you, and what you contribute in their lives.
