I understand that seeking therapy is not easy or glamorous. Often, people are struggling , or in an especially difficult place while looking for a therapist. I try to make this process as easy and comfortable as possible. I respond to phone calls and messages promptly and discreetly, and offer phone consultations. My offices provide a private and safe environment for therapy. I’m often able to provide same day or next-day appointments. I will work with your budget to create a schedule that works for you, and if I am unable to meet your needs or concerns, I will refer you to a trusted professional who can. I believe that no one has to suffer alone, and sometimes you need someone who is more than a friend to help you out. Because I am an objective, trained professional, I can offer honesty and compassionate care and treatment.
