This is part of my effort to promote a healthy lifestyle, which includes getting enough sleep. It’s usually the first thing we sacrifice when we need to make more time in our day. Not only is it dangerous for your health – you’ll actually be way more productive in fewer hours when you get enough sleep than if you worked for 20 hours on 4 hours of sleep!
